2019 Taste of Polonia Festival • Copernicus Center

Head to the Copernicus Center for the Taste of Polonia Festival, which is the largest and oldest Polish festival in America. Along with a selection of Polish and non-Polish food, the 4-day festival offers live music on four different stages, cultural events, a casino, dance events, kid’s activities, and much more. Chicago Jazz Festival • Chicago Cultural Center/Millennium Park/Various Chicago Venues

The Chicago Jazz Festival, which is held at the Chicago Cultural Center, Millennium Park, and other venues throughout Chicago, features Jazz performers from Chicago and around the world. Notable performers include Eddie Palmieri, the Art Ensemble of Chicago, and Cécile McLorin Salvant. African Festival of the Arts • Washington Park

Highlights of the African Festival of the Arts in Washington Park include a simulated African village, interactive engagements, collectible artifacts, drumming sessions, handwoven fabrics and textiles, fine art, a wellness village, a food court, and an African spirituality exhibit.
